CURLY BOX as a gift

Yes of course. Simply choose one of our gift vouchers.

From now on you can receive our 3-, 6- or 12-month savings packages, as well as the voucher for a single box, also free of charge within the EU as a gift voucher by post.

These are printed by us on high-quality paper and sent by post in an envelope. With a personal message on request! Simply enter your message in the corresponding note field in the shopping cart.

All vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed during this period. Vouchers do not have to be marked with the period of validity, the start of the validity results from the order date.

Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act can withdraw from an order within a period of fourteen calendar days. A withdrawal can only be made if the voucher has not already been redeemed.

In the event of loss, theft or invalidation of vouchers, CURLY BOX cannot provide a replacement.

Since a voucher is passed on accordingly, resp. can be given away, there is no obligation and possibility on the part of CURLY BOX to check the ownership of the redeemer. When redeeming, it is only checked whether the corresponding code has really been released by the system and whether the corresponding voucher has actually been paid for. Only personal vouchers are not transferable.

The purchased vouchers with the respective total value cannot be redeemed in cash, not even in part, and cannot be extended.

Payment

Payments are possible via:

When ordering a flexible monthly subscription to the CURLY BOX, you pay for the first box immediately after ordering. In the coming months, the amount for a box will be debited in the first working days of each month. The exact day varies between the 1st and 3rd of the month.

You pay for subscriptions with a term of 3, 6 or 12 months in full immediately after receipt of the order. Even in the event of an extension after the 3, 6 or 12 months have expired, the total amount is due in advance.

Attention: If your credit card expires or your PayPal account is deactivated, your subscription will be deactivated after several unsuccessful payment attempts and you will no longer receive any boxes. For this reason, your payment details should always be up to date.

Bank transfer (prepayment) is not possible for subscription orders. If you buy a regular CURLY BOX as a single purchase, the payment must reach our account by the 15th of the month, otherwise your order will not be considered for the current sales period, but for the next one. If no payment is received within 14 days of the order, the order will be canceled.

Attention: Payment by bank transfer is only available for EU customers. If payment is made by bank transfer, for example from Switzerland, we will charge the bank fees incurred plus a processing fee of € 25.

You can find this option in your subscription management under "Billing information" -> "Change payment method".

You will find a link in your shipping confirmation to download the invoice. Alternatively, please contact us using the contact form and we will send you an invoice.

We try to debit the amount due again over a period of several days. If this does not work, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

You can enter a voucher code on the checkout page. Some codes can also be redeemed for existing subscriptions. Here you will find the option to enter your subscription management.

Please pay attention to the correct spelling (upper / lower case, difference 0 (zero) and letter O).

Coupon codes are only valid for a specific subscription or product and for a limited time and may therefore have expired. You can find the conditions in the small print of the offer. If the problem persists, please contact us using the contact form.

No, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. In addition, some voucher codes can only be redeemed once per customer. For example, welcome coupon codes that are valid for the first order.

Shipping & Returns

If you buy a regular, monthly CURLY BOX, you will receive your first box after the current sales period has expired.

Our sales period always runs from the 15th day of the month to the 14th day of the following month. The boxes will then be sent collectively between the 15th and 20th of the following month and will arrive within a few days.

Please note that due to the corona pandemic, there may be restrictions and longer delivery times for package deliveries.

The shipping confirmation and shipment tracking give you information about the status of your package.

We usually send the regular CURLY BOX between the 15th and 20th of a month.

After shipping you will receive an email with the shipment tracking and you can track the status of the delivery at any time.

We send orders for single purchase boxes (all-in-one boxes, edition boxes, accessory sets) or accessories themselves within a few working days after receipt of the order.

We deliver free of charge within the EU from an order value of € 25. This includes shipping costs in accordance with our shipping conditions.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

This contains a shipment number that you can use to track your shipment.

You will be notified of the dispatch of your CURLY BOX with a dispatch confirmation by email. This message will be sent to the email address you enter when you log in to your user account. In the shipping confirmation you will find the link to track the shipment of your CURLY BOX.

If the status of your shipment remains unchanged for more than a week, please contact our customer service using the contact form.

You can make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your first box from a subscription, or your individual purchase or accessory order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible using the contact form.

Please note that the return costs are borne by the buyer and only unopened and unused products may be returned. Details on the revocation can be found in the terms and conditions and the declaration of revocation.

An ongoing subscription cannot be returned.

We generally deliver worldwide, unless there are import restrictions or embargoes for the products contained in the CURLY BOX in the respective destination country.

For an order outside the EU, please use our English-speaking shop to place the order.

Please make sure to take a photo of the damaged product and contact our customer service using the contact form - we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Yes, we also deliver to DHL Packstations. Please give your post number and the packing station number when ordering.

Our contractual partner is the respective customer, only they can contact us with the information that a product has arrived damaged. A return or exchange of boxes or products bought in an online exchange is not possible. The same applies to products from a bulk order.

In this case, we will charge the return shipping fee for the shipment, but at least € 9.90 per order.

In that case please contact us immediately, stating the reasons why the delivery has not been successful. 

If you are responsible for the failed delivery, because you gave us an incorrect address or failed to pick up your box from the parcel shop we have to charge you for the return shipment (minimum 9,90€ per order). If you want to have a replacement box for a failed delivery, which is within your responsibility you need to bear the shipping costs for the replacement shipment as well.

The CURLY BOX is the first and only hair care box for curly and wavy hair on the European market that specializes in the curly hair method and contains CGM safe products only in their original size. No more checking ingredients, we'll do it for you.

1. Regular, monthly, CURLY BOX:

Available in the variants "fine" and "thick hair".

  • Flexible monthly subscription: 35.00 euros per month, including shipping - always debited between the 1st and 3rd of the month
  • 3-month subscription: EUR 99.75 including shipping - the entire amount will be debited directly after ordering
  • 6-month subscription: 189.00 euros including shipping - the entire amount is debited directly after ordering
  • 12-month subscription: 357 euros including shipping - the entire amount is debited directly after ordering
  • Single purchase of the regular CURLY BOX: 44.95 euros including shipping (no subscription)

No, the price at checkout includes the total amount, including delivery costs. But be careful: Any customs duties or local fees are to be borne by the buyer and will not be displayed by us at checkout. This applies to Switzerland, for example.

At the moment we offer the regular CURLY BOX in two versions.

For all "newbies" there is also our CURLY BOX All-In-One with a complete washing routine and all the accessories you need to get started.

With our Style and Care Edition boxes, we also offer a special solution for all those who want to optimize their washing routine in the area of style or care.

For all those who would like to buy more of our past boxes, we offer Brand Edition boxes that contain all products from the last curly brands presented.

  • Flexible monthly subscription: Here you will receive our CURLY BOX every month. You can pause or cancel your monthly subscription at any time in your subscription management. The subscription is renewed every month, unless you cancel it by the end of the month. You can decide whether you want to receive the box every 1, 2 or 3 months.
  • 3-, 6- or 12-month savings plan: Here you will receive our CURLY BOX every month. You save extra compared to the price of the monthly subscription, but the total amount of the selected subscription is due immediately after ordering. The subscription is automatically renewed after the selected period (3, 6 or 12 months), unless you cancel within the subscription period by the end of the month, the last month of the active subscription.

You can buy past boxes as part of our Brand Edition boxes, depending on availability.

The subscription is automatically renewed for the same period, unless you cancel it by the end of the month of the last month of the selected subscription period.

If you have an active subscription (flexible monthly subscription or savings subscription), the box will be sent to you automatically as long as your subscription is active and not canceled.

Sometimes it happens that the system does not create an auto-renewed subscription. If you do not get an order confirmation between the 1st and 3rd day of the month, please contact our customer support to check if your subscription has been created successfully.

You have two options if you do not want to receive a CURLY BOX:

1. Pause subscription

If you want to suspend, you can pause the monthly subscription in your user account at any time.

To do this, log into your account and select "Manage subscription" -> "Delivery schedule", select the delivery you want to suspend and click on "Suspend delivery".

If you do want to receive the delivery, you can undo the pause by clicking on "resume".

Attention: Please resume delivery before the 1st of the month, otherwise you will not automatically receive the current box. Between the 1st and the 14th, please contact us to resume your subscription using the contact form.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to pause the 3, 6 or 12 month savings subscriptions.

2. Cancel subscription

You can cancel at any time according to the subscription variant you have chosen (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually).

To do this, log into your account and select "Manage subscription" -> "Subscriptions" -> "Actions" -> "Cancel". Note: On the smartphone screen, you may have to scroll right to see the "Actions" button.

However, make sure to cancel by the end of the current month (by the end of the month) if you are about to start a new payment cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) and do not want to receive any more CURLY BOX in the next month.

Alternatively, you can simply pause your monthly subscription if you want to take a month off. "Manage subscription" -> "Delivery schedule" -> "Suspend delivery"

No, you can also buy the monthly box as a single purchase .

You can choose between the variant for thick or fine hair. Your CURLY BOX usually contains different products, tailored to the needs of your hair type. If a CURLY BOX contains products that are suitable for all hair types, there can be no differentiation in the content of the box types.

There are many people who have several types of curls at the same time (top and bottom hair) and through years of use of straightening irons and Co. it takes some time until the original condition of the curls is restored. Therefore, after extensive research, we decided to differentiate according to hair type, as this does not change. We are working on responding to the needs of individual Curlys in an even more personalized way in the future.

The idea behind the CURLY BOX is to get to know new products and brands and to test them until you have found the perfect washing routine. That is why the CURLY BOX only contains original sizes. You have to test products extensively and in different combinations. This is not possible with travel sizes.

Since it is not recommended to test 6 completely new products with a new box every month and to completely change your routine, we offer real added value with our boxes. One should swap the products from one's washing routine step by step so that one also knows which product works well and which does not.

It looks nice if you have an entire washing routine from one manufacturer, but the chance of achieving the best results here is lower than with a combination with products from different manufacturers.

Surveys that we have carried out show that 99.3% of all customers achieved the best results with a Washday lineup of products from different manufacturers.

We prefer to focus on new, innovative products, present new releases exclusively for our brand partners and give you the opportunity to get your hands on products before they are even available in stores.

We recommend mechanical cleaning of the scalp using co-wash (conditioner wash) and the use of our gentle head massage brush.

This no-poo method makes the use of shampoos unnecessary.

We pack the boxes according to the needs for fine or thick hair. The box for thick hair contains richer care and in case of doubt the box for fine hair should be chosen. If you then notice that the products for fine hair are too little care for your own hair, you can switch your subscription to the box for thick hair at any time. Simply send a message to us using the contact form.

At the moment we don't offer the possibility to choose the content yourself. Everyone receives 4-6 full-size products from the best curl brands worldwide. We are working on creating an option for future CURLY BOXES.

The value of the original products in the CURLY BOX is well above the purchase price of the box and varies from month to month and is usually between 70 and over 100 euros. With the CURLY BOX you receive 4-6 products in original size every month and thus have the opportunity to test the most exclusive brands and products. Here you can see the content and value of the last boxes.

The monthly CURLY BOX can contain the following products: Hair care and styling products. Hair accessories, as well as tools. These contain no hair damaging ingredients such as drying alcohols, water-insoluble silicones, aggressive surfactants, sulfates and non-water-soluble waxes / oils. All products are therefore safe according to the CG method!

Yes, just choose our monthly flexible subscription.

Here you can choose whether you want to receive it every 1, 2 or 3 months.

In the account management you can also see the next 6 upcoming deliveries and can conveniently deselect which you do not want to receive and can thus put together an interval according to your needs. The spoiler of the next box convinces you and you still want it? No problem, simply reactivate the de-selected delivery.

Very few high-quality curly products contain proteins. But here you can easily get by by adding proteins yourself according to your needs, for example by mixing silk, rice or wheat proteins with the product.

User account / cancellation

To log into your user account, click on the person icon in the top right corner of the homepage. Please enter your email address and password. You are now in your user account.

If you have forgotten to activate your user account after placing an order, please click "Create account" on the login page and create a user account with the e-mail address used for the order.

Log into your user account and select "Manage subscription".

Alternatively, or if you do not have an activated user account, please select the person icon in the top right corner of the homepage and click in the lower area under "Would you like to manage your subscription" on "Click here". After entering the email address you used when placing your order, you will receive a link that you can use to log into your subscription management.

There are several possible causes for this:

  1. You did not create a user account during the ordering process. Solution: create an account
  2. You have not activated your user account via an activation email. Solution: Create an account again
  3. Forgotten your password. Solution: reset password
  4. You are trying to log in with a different email address than the one you specified when you placed your order. Solution: Check the received order confirmation, which email address you used. Alternatively, please contact us using the contact form.

For individual purchases, please log into your account and click on "View addresses" under "Account details". Here you can edit your saved addresses.

2. Subscription

For subscriptions, please click on "Manage subscription" after logging in to your account and under "Subscriptions" click on the "Edit" button next to your address in the upper area of the screen.

Attention: Please always make sure that your delivery address is correct. In the case of undeliverable deliveries for which you are responsible, we unfortunately have to charge you for the new delivery.
